Roger Hunter’s journey began in the vibrant landscapes of Guyana, South America, where as a teenager, he developed a passion for tackling challenges head-on. At just 25, Roger was already making a name for himself, servicing air conditioning systems for the President of Guyana, the military, and central banks. He didn’t just fix systems—he built a reputation for reliability, precision, and innovative problem-solving.

In 1990, Roger embarked on a new chapter, leaving the familiar shores of Guyana behind after working on a cruise ship. His next adventure? The United States of America—a land of opportunity and promise. With unmatched determination, Roger worked for some of the best in the HVAC industry, gaining invaluable experience before founding GuyAm Heating, Cooling, & Refrigeration in 1997.
